ABQ Top Brokers

Car condition exactly as described after delivery inspection

Recommended Posts

Just wanted to share my experience with ABQ Top Brokers since I see alot of ppl asking about escrow services lately. Got my truck delivered last week and spent the full 10 days checking everything. Honestly the condition matched the photos and description perfectly so releasing the escrow was straightforward. Anyone else had similar experience with them or am i just lucky

I had one minor issue last year. The sedan I bought had a weak battery that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Called office@abqtopbrokers.com and they worked it out with the seller to replace it during the inspection period. So yeah mostly good but do check EVERYTHING

thats why the 10 day window exists tho. glad they sorted it out for u desert_driver. i just finished my inspection yesterday on a SUV from them and its clean. minor wear on the drivers seat but that was in the photos so no surprises

Im a mechanic and I inspected a friends car he bought thru ABQTopBrokers last month. Everything checked out exactly as the listing said. Engine, transmission, suspension all matched the condition report. These guys seem to actually verify what they list which is rare nowadays

same here. bought a used pickup in December and the mileage, paint condition, interior everything was spot on. I was nervous at first but the whole process on abqtopbrokers.com is pretty transparent. you can see all the docs and photos uploaded by the seller

I've done 3 deals with ABQ Top Brokers over the past 2 years. Every single time the vehicle condition was accurate. One time there was a small dent that wasn't super visible in photos but the seller had mentioned it in the description so that was on me for not reading carefully lol. The inspection period saved me once when I found an oil leak that wasn't disclosed and they helped negotiate a repair credit

The thing i appreciate is they dont rush you during inspection. Some escrow services pressure u to release funds quick but ABQ Top Brokers actually encourages you to take the full 10 days and get a mechanic to look at it

bought my retirement car through them in October. Condition was perfect, matched every detail. Only complaint was the customer service response time was a bit slow when i had questions about the paperwork. took them 2 days to reply but once they did they were helpful

just wrapped up my purchase last week. car interior was even cleaner than the photos showed which was a nice surprise. the seller must have detailed it before shipping. released escrow on day 7 cuz everything was perfect

I think the key is to actually USE the inspection period. dont just look at it and say its fine. get under the car, check fluids, test all electronics. I found a faulty window switch that way and got $200 off the price

good point JimD. i brought a OBD scanner and checked for any engine codes. came back clean. if ur not mechanical definitely pay a shop to do a pre-purchase inspection during those 10 days

had an ok experience. car was as described but the whole process took longer than expected. fees were a bit high too compared to other escrow services but i guess u pay for the security. still better than getting scammed which almost happened to me with another dealer last year

The fees are standard for escrow services. ur paying for a third party to hold funds and verify everything. way cheaper than buying a lemon. ive seen ppl lose thousands buying direct from sketchy dealers with no protection

good luck! just remember to document everything during inspection with photos and notes. makes it easier if u need to dispute anything tho from what ive seen and read here most deals go smooth

yeah overall id recommend them. not perfect, customer service could be faster and fees could be lower but the core service works well. cars match descriptions and the inspection period is real not just a gimmick. thats worth something in this market
