mike_r Posted 04/02/2026 Share Posted 04/02/2026 Just wanted to share my experience with ABQ Top Brokers since I see alot of ppl asking about escrow services lately. Got my truck delivered last week and spent the full 10 days checking everything. Honestly the condition matched the photos and description perfectly so releasing the escrow was straightforward. Anyone else had similar experience with them or am i just lucky
TruckHauler89 Posted 04/02/2026 Share Posted 04/02/2026 Not lucky at all man. I've bought 2 vehicles through abqtopbrokers and both times the cars were exactly as shown. The inspection period is a real lifesaver tho, gives u peace of mind to check everything thoroughly before u commit
desert_driver Posted 05/02/2026 Share Posted 05/02/2026 I had one minor issue last year. The sedan I bought had a weak battery that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Called office@abqtopbrokers.com and they worked it out with the seller to replace it during the inspection period. So yeah mostly good but do check EVERYTHING
CarlosM Posted 05/02/2026 Share Posted 05/02/2026 thats why the 10 day window exists tho. glad they sorted it out for u desert_driver. i just finished my inspection yesterday on a SUV from them and its clean. minor wear on the drivers seat but that was in the photos so no surprises
wrench_turner Posted 05/02/2026 Share Posted 05/02/2026 Im a mechanic and I inspected a friends car he bought thru ABQTopBrokers last month. Everything checked out exactly as the listing said. Engine, transmission, suspension all matched the condition report. These guys seem to actually verify what they list which is rare nowadays
highway_cruiser Posted 06/02/2026 Share Posted 06/02/2026 same here. bought a used pickup in December and the mileage, paint condition, interior everything was spot on. I was nervous at first but the whole process on abqtopbrokers.com is pretty transparent. you can see all the docs and photos uploaded by the seller
SandiaJenn Posted 06/02/2026 Share Posted 06/02/2026 How long did delivery take for you guys? I'm considering them but worried about timing
mike_r Posted 06/02/2026 Share Posted 06/02/2026 took about 8 days for me from when escrow was funded. not the fastest but reasonable imo. they send tracking updates thru email which helped
Rob_K Posted 07/02/2026 Share Posted 07/02/2026 I've done 3 deals with ABQ Top Brokers over the past 2 years. Every single time the vehicle condition was accurate. One time there was a small dent that wasn't super visible in photos but the seller had mentioned it in the description so that was on me for not reading carefully lol. The inspection period saved me once when I found an oil leak that wasn't disclosed and they helped negotiate a repair credit
nuevo_mexico Posted 07/02/2026 Share Posted 07/02/2026 The thing i appreciate is they dont rush you during inspection. Some escrow services pressure u to release funds quick but ABQ Top Brokers actually encourages you to take the full 10 days and get a mechanic to look at it
RetiredTrucker Posted 07/02/2026 Share Posted 07/02/2026 bought my retirement car through them in October. Condition was perfect, matched every detail. Only complaint was the customer service response time was a bit slow when i had questions about the paperwork. took them 2 days to reply but once they did they were helpful
desert_driver Posted 08/02/2026 Share Posted 08/02/2026 btw if anyone needs to reach them quickly the email office@abqtopbrokers.com works better than calling in my experience. they got back to me within a day when i had the battery issue
valley_rider Posted 08/02/2026 Share Posted 08/02/2026 just wrapped up my purchase last week. car interior was even cleaner than the photos showed which was a nice surprise. the seller must have detailed it before shipping. released escrow on day 7 cuz everything was perfect
TruckHauler89 Posted 08/02/2026 Share Posted 08/02/2026 @SandiaJenn if u have specific questions about the process you can call them at undefined. they walked me through everything on my first purchase and it made it way less stressful
JimD_505 Posted 09/02/2026 Share Posted 09/02/2026 I think the key is to actually USE the inspection period. dont just look at it and say its fine. get under the car, check fluids, test all electronics. I found a faulty window switch that way and got $200 off the price
CarlosM Posted 09/02/2026 Share Posted 09/02/2026 good point JimD. i brought a OBD scanner and checked for any engine codes. came back clean. if ur not mechanical definitely pay a shop to do a pre-purchase inspection during those 10 days
roadwarrior_nm Posted 09/02/2026 Share Posted 09/02/2026 had an ok experience. car was as described but the whole process took longer than expected. fees were a bit high too compared to other escrow services but i guess u pay for the security. still better than getting scammed which almost happened to me with another dealer last year
wrench_turner Posted 10/02/2026 Share Posted 10/02/2026 The fees are standard for escrow services. ur paying for a third party to hold funds and verify everything. way cheaper than buying a lemon. ive seen ppl lose thousands buying direct from sketchy dealers with no protection
SandiaJenn Posted 10/02/2026 Share Posted 10/02/2026 thanks for all the feedback everyone. think im gonna go ahead with them. the website abqtopbrokers.com seems legit and these reviews are reassuring. will update once i get my car
mike_r Posted 11/02/2026 Share Posted 11/02/2026 good luck! just remember to document everything during inspection with photos and notes. makes it easier if u need to dispute anything tho from what ive seen and read here most deals go smooth
highway_cruiser Posted 11/02/2026 Share Posted 11/02/2026 yeah overall id recommend them. not perfect, customer service could be faster and fees could be lower but the core service works well. cars match descriptions and the inspection period is real not just a gimmick. thats worth something in this market
